C3‐symmetric homochiral (?)‐syn‐trisoxonorbornabenzene 1 possessing a rigid cup‐shaped structure was synthesized through a novel regioselective cyclotrimerization of enantiopure iodonorbornenes catalyzed by palladium nanoclusters. The yield of the cyclotrimerization was dependent on the stability of the palladium clusters, which was ascertained from the appearance and TEM images of the reaction mixtures. The efficient preparation of (?)‐syn‐ 1 was established in short steps, including the newly developed cyclotrimerization reaction. The thus‐prepared homochiral (?)‐syn‐ 1 can serve as a key intermediate for the synthesis of C3‐symmetric homochiral cup‐shaped molecules with a helical arrangement of substituents. Introduction of several types of substituents was well demonstrated through palladium‐catalyzed coupling reactions with the corresponding phosphate and triflate of (?)‐syn‐ 1 . 相似文献

The crystal structures of phenylpropylpyridine‐N‐oxide and N‐methyl‐phenylpropylpyridinium iodide are compared, revealing that hydrogen bonding with the solvent molecule plays an important role in the N‐oxide compound, whilst electrostatic interactions are predominant in controlling the solid‐state orientation of the N‐methylated compound. Fluorescence spectroscopy and NOESY indicate that in contrast to the previously reported pyridinium iodide, the N‐oxide is not subject to intramolecular π‐stacking, as judged by excimer emission and a lack of corresponding cross peaks, respectively. 相似文献

To introduce halogen‐bond interactions between a cation and an anion, a novel FeIII complex from iodine‐substituted ligands involving a paramagnetic nickel dithiolene anion was prepared and characterized. The compound exhibited the synergy between a spin‐crossover transition and a spin‐Peierls‐like singlet formation. The halogen‐bond interactions between the iodine and the sulfur atoms stabilized the paramagnetic state of π‐spins and played a crucial role in the synergistic magnetic transition between d‐ and π‐spins. In addition, the compound showed the light‐induced excited spin state trapping effect. 相似文献

A highly stereocontrolled, convergent total synthesis of kendomycin [(?)‐TAN2162], an ansa‐macrocyclic antibiotic, is reported. The key of the strategy is an unprecedented Tsuji–Trost macrocyclic etherification, followed by a transannular Claisen rearrangement to construct the 18‐membered carbocyclic framework. The oxa‐six‐ and five‐membered rings were also stereoselectively constructed respectively by a cascade oxidative cyclization at an unfunctionalized benzylic position and using a one‐pot epoxidation/5‐exo‐tet epoxide opening. 相似文献

Multiple Reaction Pathways Operating in the Mechanism of Vinylogous Mannich‐Type Reaction Activated by a Water Molecule 下载免费PDF全文
A systematic search for reaction pathways for the vinylogous Mannich‐type reaction was performed by the artificial force induced reaction method. This reaction affords δ‐amino‐γ‐butenolide in one pot by mixing 2‐trimethylsiloxyfuran, imine, and water under solvent‐free conditions. Surprisingly, the search identified as many as five working pathways. Among them, two concertedly produce anti and syn isomers of the product. Another two give an intermediate, which is a regioisomer of the main product. This intermediate can undergo a retro‐Mannich reaction to give a pair of intermediates: an imine and 2‐furanol. The remaining pathway directly generates this intermediate pair. The imine and 2‐furanol easily react with each other to afford the product. Thus, all of these stepwise pathways finally converge to give the main product. The rate‐determining step of all five (two concerted and three stepwise) pathways have a common mechanism: concerted Si? O bond formation through the nucleophilic attack of a water molecule on the silicon atom followed by proton transfer from the water molecule to the imine. The effect of high repetition rate pulsed laser annealing with a KrF excimer laser on the optical properties of phosphorus-ion-implanted zinc oxide nanorods has been investigated. The recovery levels of phosphorus-ion-implanted zinc oxide nanorods have been measured by photoluminescence spectra and cathode luminescence images. Cathode luminescence disappeared over 300 nm below the surface due to the damage caused by ion implantation with an acceleration voltage of 25 kV. When the annealing was performed at a low repetition rate of the KrF excimer laser, cathode luminescence was recovered only in a shallow area below the surface. The depth of the annealed area was increased along with the repetition rate of the annealing laser. By optimizing the annealing conditions such as the repetition rate, the irradiation fluence and so on, we have succeeded in annealing the whole damaged area of over 300 nm in depth and in observing cathode luminescence. Thus, the effectiveness of high repetition rate pulsed laser annealing on phosphorus-ion-implanted zinc oxide nanorods was demonstrated. 相似文献

A systematic study of the sub-barrier fusion reactions with neutron-rich projectiles has been carried out for three isotopes
27,29,31Al bombarding a 197Au target. A target chamber equipped with a target stack and sets of MWPC was employed in order to enhance the efficiency
of the radioactive beam experiment. Coupled-channel calculations including the quadrupole excitations do not well fit the
measured fusion excitation functions, whereas flat barrier distributions to represent the coupling to the neutron transfer
largely account for the observed enhancement of the sub-barrier fusion cross-sections.
